I certify that all the information provided by me on my employment application is true, correct and complete. I understand that falsification of information, regardless of time of discovery will be grounds for withdrawal of my application from further consideration for employment, or termination of my employment if discovered after hire. I agree that any Hunter company that I apply with shall not be held liable in any respect if a job offer is not extended, is withdrawn or my employment is terminated because of false statements or answers made by me on this application.

I hereby voluntarily authorize any Hunter Company to make investigations of my person, current and previous employment, education, and other related matters as may be necessary in arriving at any employment decision or verifying information related to my application.

If I am employed by any Hunter Company, I will comply with all rules and regulations as set forth in any communication distributed to employees. Further, I authorize representatives of any Hunter Company to furnish information regarding my employment at the company if such information is requested in the future. I release all Hunter companies from any liability for any damages whatsoever resulting from furnishing this information.

In accordance with Company policy to maintain a drug free workplace, I understand I may be subject to drug and alcohol testing throughout my employment in accordance with the law. I hereby agree to drug testing as required by Hunter and release Company from all liability arising from such testing.

I understand that my employment is contingent on my successful compliance with all employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

I further understand and agree that, if employed, my employment is “at will” and may, regardless of the date of payment of wages or salary, be terminated for any reason and at any time without previous notice by the company or me.
